Dr. Cheryl Kennedy-Reul
Doctor of Physical TherapyCheryl’s passion for health and wellness has shaped her career in physical therapy. A former college athlete, Cheryl brings a unique perspective to her practice, understanding the importance of physical health from a personal and professional standpoint. Cheryl received her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Oakland University in 2008, since then, she has pursued her interests in manual therapy, pelvic health, visceral and neural manipulation. She has a passion for helping people and wants her patients to feel their best so they can live their best life. In her downtime, she enjoys all forms of exercise, hiking, and cheering on her children in their many activities.
Rebecca Bowman
Physical Therapist, MSPTBecky has been a Physical Therapist since 1990. She has served clients in the Jackson area nearly her entire professional career, and cares immensely for her community. Her professional specialties include manual therapy, functional mobility and strengthening, visceral and vascular manipulation. She has also trained in tai chi for arthritis and Reiki. She highly values individualized patient care, as she respects everybody is different and every-body has unique needs. She meets her patients where they are at each and every session. In her personal time, Becky is found outside enjoying nature on walks, hikes, kayaking and paddleboarding. Her favorite exercise practices are functional mobility and strength training, tai chi, and yoga. She also enjoys Reiki and Sound Immersion practice.
Ashlea Hensen
Yoga InstructorAshlea has been a certified yoga instructor who specializes in Yin yoga since 2021. She completed her first 200-hour yoga training through Awakening Yoga Academy and yin yoga training through Anjali Yoga and is registered through Yoga Alliance. Before yoga, she competed in National physique competitions, coached various sports, and has always been deeply devoted to understanding functional movement. Outside of yoga, Ashlea enjoys weight training, kayaking, and watching her kids play sports. Through guided movement, Ashlea offers every BODY the opportunity to connect with oneself in a one-on-one or group session surrounded by like-minded individuals.
